To be perfectly honest, I don’t use recipe books that often. I either compile a recipe based on other things I’ve read (I might read several recipes about ______ and then make up my own recipe based on that) or pull ideas from things I’ve eaten or find online. I DO really like New Flavors for Vegetables, but it’s not strictly vegetarian. I try to be inspired and go my own way whenever possible. I call it free-style cooking.
